Company and skills

The company C&P Engineering s.r.l. was founded by Engineer MARCO CONTI in 2005 with the aim of putting his experience at the service of the many companies in the pharmaceutical sector.
Engineer Conti has had a professional career which, from 1986 to 2005, has seen him hold various roles up to that of Corporate Director of Technical Services (Engineering and Maintenance) of A. Menarini Manufacturing Logistic & Services with responsibility for the sector for all the Italian and foreign plants (Pharmaceutical, Chemical (APIs), Diagnostics, Research, Logistics) as well as the sales offices.

In this position, he was responsible for directing and managing the functions relating to the Engineering and Maintenance departments, and in particular:

  • Design and development of industrial investments and of optimisation of the production apparatus.
  • Technical management of real estate assets.
  • Coordination of maintenance (guidelines, methods and programmes, contracts and tenders).
  • Management of the execution of qualifications, validations and calibrations.
  • Safety and environment (regulatory adjustments, definition of improvement programmes, iso-ohsas certifications).
  • Telecommunications and data network (fixed telephony, mobile telephony, local and geographical networks).

C&P undertakes the first turn key project; at the end of the same year, the local units in Parma and Vicenza open

Expansion of C&P's activities in the Facility Management sector (Energy & Waste). In the same year, C&P wins its first turn-key project with a value of more than EUR 1 million

C&P enters the Clean Room market for the electronics sector

Acquisition of a turn-key project in the pharmaceutical sector worth over EUR 3 million

Pharma D&S - C&P group exceeds 10 million euro turnover and 100 employees

Creation of a new Business Unit completely focused on Computer System Validation

Opening of the Milan office

Corporate reorganisation of the Pharma D&S Group, C&P and PEC. The number of employees exceeds 200 and the target of 20 million euros in total turnover is approached

Our quality processes are constantly reviewed and improved in order to meet national and international requirements, guidelines and policies.

To ensure that all our activities, whether carried out in-house or outsourced, are carried out in the correct manner, C&P has voluntarily decided to certify its Quality Management System according to UNI ENI ISO 9001 standards, which is regularly audited by TUV.

DL 231/2001 ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL

C&P Engineering srl, in line with the other companies that make up the Pharma D&S Group, has adopted its own Organization and Management Model aimed at defining a set of internal operating procedures in order to prevent the commission of the offences set out in the Decree.
